01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Wealth DT2 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, sports betting section, slots, fish games, live casino or any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of Wealth DT2 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Wealth DT2. Where specific promotions, competitions or features carry additional terms, those additional terms supplement — and in case of conflict, take precedence over — these general terms for that specific feature.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Wealth DT2 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Wealth DT2 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly accept registrations from minors.
• You must be registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment. You may not register on behalf of another person.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address.
• You must not already hold an existing account on Wealth DT2. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded or have requested account closure on Wealth DT2 at any previous time during an active exclusion period.

Wealth DT2 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time. If information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading, your account may be suspended, closed and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on Wealth DT2. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — will be merged or closed. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be cancelled and any resulting winnings voided.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any verification codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone, including family members.

• You must notify Wealth DT2 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account details including registered name, date of birth and ID documents may not be changed after verification without submitting updated documentation for review.
• Accounts that are inactive — meaning no login or transaction activity — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Wealth DT2 will make reasonable effort to contact you before any dormancy status is applied.
• Transferring funds between player accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Using someone else's payment method to deposit into your account is prohibited. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Wealth DT2 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if there is reason to believe the account is being used in violation of these terms, in a way that is harmful to other users or the platform, or for any other legitimate operational reason. Where possible, notice will be provided prior to account closure.

04 Deposits & Payments

Wealth DT2 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All four supported payment methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer — process transactions directly in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by the platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit in your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account tier.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Wealth DT2 balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method and time of transaction.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• Wealth DT2 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds are for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without meaningful play activity may be flagged for review.

Wealth DT2 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds at any point. This is a standard process applied to ensure the integrity of transactions on the platform and the security of all users.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, or to a verified payment account in your registered name.

Account verification — which includes submitting valid ID documentation — must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Wealth DT2 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing verification procedures.

• Standard withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed same day or next business day under normal circumstances.
• VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing ahead of the standard queue.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus being fully met before the request can be approved.
• If your account has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited if you choose to withdraw before completing the requirement — or the withdrawal may be processed on your real money balance only, depending on the specific bonus terms.
• Wealth DT2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud investigation or where there is reasonable suspicion of terms violation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Wealth DT2 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Different game types typically contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; sports bets, live casino games and other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They may not be transferred, exchanged or sold.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device or IP address is permitted.
• Wealth DT2 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-play, reasonable notice will be given and any qualifying activity already completed will be honoured.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, collusion to take advantage of promotions or systematic exploitation of wagering terms — the bonus and any resulting winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.

07 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Wealth DT2 are subject to the general terms of this document and the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Key rules that apply across all sports betting activity are set out below.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled except in specific circumstances such as event cancellation or obvious pricing error.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has elapsed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport apply — for example, Cricket matches reduced by rain or other interruptions are subject to the rules stated for that market.
• In-play or live betting markets are subject to delays for integrity reasons. Wealth DT2 cannot be held responsible for connectivity or data feed issues that affect in-play bet placement.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — do not represent a valid offer. Bets placed at erroneous odds may be voided at Wealth DT2's discretion.
• Wealth DT2 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns or risk management purposes.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — are governed by the same general rules. Match-specific rules such as DLS method application, super over outcomes and player substitution impact are stated per market where relevant.

Football, Esports and other sports markets are available alongside Cricket. Rules specific to each sport are available within the relevant betting section of the platform.

08 Casino & Games

The casino, slots, fish games and live casino sections of Wealth DT2 operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems for non-live games, and use real-time dealer streams for live casino tables. The outcome of all games is determined fairly and independently of any previous results.

• Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage and paytable are available within the game interface before you place any stake.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or system error — the round will either be completed using the last recorded game state or the stake will be returned. The specific resolution depends on the game type and the point at which the failure occurred.
• Malfunction voids all pays and play. Any game result produced by a technical fault is not valid and will not be paid out.
• Fish games operate on a skill-influenced arcade mechanic. Prizes are paid according to the game's published payout table. All fish game transactions are settled in PKR.
• Live casino results — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others — are determined by the live dealer stream in real time. Wealth DT2 is not responsible for errors in the live feed caused by third-party streaming providers, but will investigate any disputed round on request.
• Game history for all sessions is recorded and accessible within your account for a defined period. If you have a dispute regarding a game result, contact support with the game name, session date and round ID where available.

09 Prohibited Conduct

Wealth DT2 operates a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated tool to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other promotions more than once.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits — commonly referred to as friendly fraud.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing anyone else to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Posting, transmitting or otherwise distributing abusive, offensive or harassing content through any communication channel connected to the platform.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.

10 Responsible Gaming

Wealth DT2 is an adult entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and approached as a leisure activity — not as a method to earn income, cover debts or resolve financial difficulties. We take our responsibilities toward player welfare seriously and provide a set of tools to help all registered players manage their activity.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any upward change.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a defined period. If the limit is reached, further staking is paused until the period resets.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Wealth DT2 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and any other original content — is the property of Wealth DT2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any content from the platform in any form without prior written permission from Wealth DT2.
• You may not use the Wealth DT2 name, logo or any associated branding in any context — including social media, websites or promotional materials — without explicit written authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. Wealth DT2 operates those games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of Wealth DT2 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us using the details in Section 14.

12 Limitation of Liability

Wealth DT2 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or free from technical faults.

• Wealth DT2 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity caused by technical failures, server downtime, third-party service interruptions or connectivity issues outside our direct control.
• Wealth DT2 will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, even where such losses were foreseeable.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents will not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion. Wealth DT2 does not guarantee any specific return, win rate or gaming outcome on any product offered through the platform.

13 Changes to Terms

Wealth DT2 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform's notification system or via your registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Wealth DT2 platform after any changes to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Changes to terms do not affect bets already placed or games already in progress at the time the update takes effect. Any such activity will be settled under the terms that were in place when the activity was initiated.
